Looking For a Secular Florida Umbrella School?

The fact that I agree with members of Focus on the Family? Well, yeah, there's that, but more than anything else it's the idea of drug manufacturers lobbing for laws to require mandatory immunizations against cervical cancer for our daughters. It's also Texas Rep. Jessica Farrar using the argument that, "this is a public health issue and to not want to eradicate cervical cancer is irresponsible." Just like I'm a traitor for not backing the war in Iraq, I suppose.

Sure there may be opt-out provisions and there are always those among us who aren't affected by such ludicrous school enrollment prerequisites, but when the government bests the authority of parents and can require us to inject substances into our children, substances the producers claim so far have shown no serious side effects (we all know what a thorough job the creators of Thalidomide did), and substances that will stand to make the drug company incredible amounts of money, what's next?
